A Mobile Money or card sale needs its transaction ID. It proves the payment happened, and it's how your team checks it later.
What to do
Type the Transaction ID:
- Mobile Money: it's in the payment SMS the shopper receives, often called the transaction ID or reference.
- Card: it's on the card machine slip.
Cash sales don't need one.
