The code doesn't match any prize won in this activation that's still waiting to be handed over.

What to do

1. Check the code again. Codes from an SMS are 6 digits. Codes on the shopper's own phone screen are 8 letters and numbers, shown like ABCD-2345.
2. Open Game wins and look for the shopper's number. If it says the prize was handed over, it has already been collected.
3. If the prize was won in another activation, it can only be collected there.
