Promo item codes only last a limited time, so the shopper's code can no longer be used.
What to do
Tap Resend code. The shopper gets a new code by SMS. Type it in as usual.
A code can be resent a few times. After that you see This code has been resent too many times. Cancel the promo item and start again.
