Check your dashboard and today's cash-up

The Dashboard is the first page you see. You can come back to it any time from the menu.

What's on it

• The four buttons:
  • Record a sale;
  • Give a product sample;
  • Give brand merchandise;
  • Play games.

  A button is greyed out when you can't use it, and it says why.

• Today, your end-of-day cash-up:

  • the money from today's paid sales, split into Cash, Mobile Money and Card;
  • the promo items given, the people reached and the game plays.
• Stock left: what's left for the whole activation, shared with the other promoters. A yellow note tells you when items are running low. When you see it, tell your manager so they can restock.
• Your activity: everything you've recorded in this activation.

Hand over at the end of the day

1. Count your cash. It should match Cash under Today.
2. Check Mobile Money against the MoMo receipts.
3. Check Card against the card slips.
4. Settle any sale still waiting for payment. See Mark a waiting sale paid.

Only paid sales count in the cash-up.
