Why it happens
- You used Sign out everywhere, for example on another phone.
- You haven't used the Promoter Portal on this phone for a long time.
What to do
Sign in again with your phone number and the SMS code.
If it keeps happening and you didn't sign out everywhere, tell your manager. Someone else may have signed in as you.
