Give a product sample

The shopper gets a 6-digit code by SMS. When you type it in, the sample is handed over and counted. The code proves a real person received it.

Each person can get one product sample in each activation.

Steps

1. On the Dashboard, tap Give a product sample.
2. Type the shopper's Phone Number.
3. Search for the sample, tap it, and set how many with − and +.

4. Tap Send code.

   

5. Ask the shopper for the code in their SMS and type it in.
6. Ask them to tap a star for their Overall experience.

7. Tap Redeem and hand over the sample.

   

Rating the product is optional.

What happens next

The sample is marked as handed over, and the stock goes down.

If the shopper needs to come back later

Tap Finish later. The sample stays under Pending in Product Samples. When they come back, open it there and tap Redeem.

If it doesn't work

• "That code is not correct"
• "This code has expired"
• "This number has already received a product sample"
• "The SMS could not be sent"
