"The SMS could not be sent"

The promo item was created, but the SMS with the shopper's code didn't go out.

What to do

1. Check the phone number. A wrong digit is the most common cause.
2. Tap Resend code.
3. If it still fails, cancel the promo item and tell your team lead. The SMS service may be down, or your organisation may have run out of SMS.
