Your agency's or brand's subscription to Moments Analytics has run out. Until it's renewed, you can't record sales, give promo items or unlock games.
The Dashboard shows Paused: subscription expired, and the buttons are greyed out.
If it runs out while you're working, you may see a Subscription Expired screen instead.
What to do
- Tell your manager. They'll get it renewed.
- Once they say it's renewed, reload the page. On the Subscription Expired screen, tap Check again.
What you recorded before it expired is safe.
