In the menu, click Promo items. It lists every product sample, piece of brand merchandise and game prize your promoters gave out, and whether each one was collected.
What the statuses mean
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Collected | The shopper's code was entered, so a real person received it |
| Waiting for code | The code was sent, but hasn't been entered yet |
| Code expired | The code wasn't used in time. It doesn't count as given out |
| Cancelled | The promoter cancelled it. The item went back into stock |
Search by item, prize or phone number, or filter by type, status, campaign or activation. The summary at the top changes to match your filters.
