Step 10 of 10 · 4. When you need help

Getting help

Who to ask for what, and what to include so it's sorted the first time.

Most questions are answered in this help. Search at the top of any page, or start from If something goes wrong, which lists every message you might see and what to do about it.

Who to ask

Many things can only be changed by someone in your own team. Asking them first is the quickest way.

You need…Ask

A correction to a sale from an earlier dayYour manager. See Ask for a correction

Not sure who your admin is? Promoters can ask their manager. Anyone else can ask Moments Analytics support, who will tell you.

So it's sorted the first time

Tell us:

  1. Who you are: your name, your agency or brand, and your role.
  2. Where: which portal, and the page you were on.
  3. What happened: the exact message you saw. A screenshot helps.
  4. What it's about: the campaign or activation, and for a sale its transaction ID.

Never send a password, a sign-in code or a recovery code. Moments Analytics staff will never ask you for one.
