Open the link in your SMS to play, and show your prize code to collect a prize.
A promoter has unlocked a game for you, and sent you a link by SMS.
You see Congratulations!, your prize, a QR code and your Prize code.
Show this screen to a promoter to collect your prize. Collect it before the time shown under the code.

Tap a Mystery Box with your phone, confirm your number, and see what's inside.
First, ask a promoter to unlock a box for your phone number.
Tap Open my box.
The box opens. If there's a prize inside, you see it with its Prize code and a QR code. Show it to a promoter to collect your prize.
Your phone may not have NFC, or it may be switched off. Scan the QR code beside the box instead.

What each message means when you play on your phone, and what to do.

| This game link isn't valid | The link is wrong or incomplete | Open it again from the SMS. If it still doesn't work, ask a promoter |
| This play has expired | It wasn't played in time | Ask a promoter to unlock a new play for you |
| This play was cancelled | A promoter cancelled it | Ask a promoter to unlock a new play |
| Nothing to play here | No game is waiting for you | Open the link from your SMS, or tap a Mystery Box |
| No play yet | No box is unlocked for your number | Ask a promoter to unlock one for your number |
| This box isn't part of a game right now | The box isn't in use | Try another box, or ask a promoter |
